About Me

My name is Gaby,

and I don’t like chocolate. It’s pronounced with a long A, rhymes with “baby.” I am 20-years-old, studying Graphic Design and currently living in Indianapolis. Right now, I’m just trying to get through school and keep myself together.

This blog is a bit of a half baked idea at the moment, but I’ve found I spend so much time looking at recipes online, reading tips for baking, and my “cooking” notebook in Evernote is getting ready to explode. It’s about time I organize my thoughts and keep my own notes. I rarely follow a recipe and I’m getting tired of trying to remember all the changes I’ve made… So here’s to trying new things and talking about them endlessly!
